Nextremity Solutions, a privately held medical device manufacturer, worked with Custer on their newly developed headquarter building in Warsaw, Indiana.
Upon the company’s merger with Lakeland Technologies, the outdated space once occupied by employees could no longer accommodate its now doubled staff.
Open plan workstations replaced the previously occupied private offices for the majority of employees in this new workspace.
Furniture by Steelcase, SitOnIt, Enwork, Versteel, Coalesse and Bludot were among the product selections chosen in the design for the new, invigorating space.
Thoughtful design provided by Custer allowed for new enclaves, and more conference rooms and collaboration spaces to be incorporated into the final design for the building.
Found throughout this beautiful new space to accommodate a new way of working for employees are four large conference rooms, more than ten collaboration spaces, four private encalves, and one mothers room.
