Honor Bank sought to create a more inviting and collaborative workspace for its staff by partnering with Custer for its recent renovation.
A few of the solutions Custer provided for this project were Steelcase workstations on the main floor and in the lower portion of the building, in addition to sound-masking solutions to ensure confidentiality when staff is handling confidential customer conversations.
Privacy walls and file storage were also part of the solutions that Custer provided to this growing company, as well as collaboration areas to encourage staff interaction and engagement.
