NeoCon 2018: What’s Next for the Future of Work?
Every summer Custer attends NeoCon at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago. This was the 50th anniversary of NeoCon, which attracted nearly 50,000 people and celebrated the latest in workplace design and solutions.
From nature-inspired spaces to comfortable furniture, many of the showrooms focused on physical and cognitive needs of employees, as well as creating workspaces that feel like home. Showrooms also integrated technology throughout, displaying how technology can foster creativity and support human connection without getting in the way.
